摘  要:在移动环境下,以智能手机为工具,充分利用手机中免费的APP英语学习资源进行为期一学期的课外英语自主学习,目的是培养学生的自主学习能力,以此来激发学生学习英语的兴趣和自信心,让英语学习成为一种习惯,最终提高学生的英语水平。实验的结果证明,移动环境下利用手机APP课下进行自主学习是可行并且是有效的。学生不仅学会了按照计划有条不紊地学习,同时在自主学习的过程中也找到了自己的学习方法和策略,磨炼了意志力,并且英语学习的兴趣得以提升。The study was conducted to cultivate students' autonomy by making best use of the free APP English learning resources under the environment of mobile learning for one term. The purpose is to motivate students' interest and their confidence in learning English and form the English learning habit, which finally improves their English proficiency. The study shows that it is feasible to con- duct an autonomous learning with APP under the environment of learning. The students not only learned bow to manage their learning with the help of study plan, but also found their own methods and strategies of learning English. Meanwhile, their willpower and their interests are improved greatly.
