康艾注射液对非小细胞肺癌患者细胞、体液及红细胞免疫状态的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究康艾注射液对非小细胞肺癌患者细胞免疫、体液免疫及红细胞免疫状态的影响情况。方法选取2015年2月~2016年9月期间本院收治的64例非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象,将64例患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组32例和观察组32例,对照组进行常规非小细胞肺癌治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用康艾注射液。比较两组患者治疗前后的细胞、体液及红细胞免疫状态指标。结果治疗前两组患者的细胞、体液及红细胞免疫状态的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者的细胞、体液及红细胞免疫状态指标均呈现较大波动,且观察组的CD8+及FEIR水平均显著低于对照组,其他细胞、体液及红细胞免疫状态指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康艾注射液对非小细胞肺癌患者细胞、体液及红细胞免疫状态的影响较好,在非小细胞肺癌患者的免疫调节中应用价值较高。Objective To study the influence situation of Kang＇ ai injection for the state of cellular immunity, humoral immunity, and erythrocyte immunity of patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 64 patients with non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital were collected as the research objects between February 2015 and September 2016. They were divided into control group and observation group by the method of random number table, 32 cases for each group. The control group were treated with conventional treatment, while the observation group were treated with Kang＇ ai injection on the basis of conventional treatment for non-small cell lung cancer. The cellular immunity, humoral immunity, and erythrocyte immunity state indexes of two groups before and after treatment were detected and analyzed. Results The differences of cellular immunity, humoral immunity, and erythroeyte immunity indexes of the two groups before treatment had no significant differences （P〉0.05）. The cellular immunity, humoral immunity, and erythrocyte immunity indexes of two groups after treat- ment all showed obvious fluctuation： the CD8＋ and FEIR in observation group were lower than those of control group, while other cellular immunity, humoral immunity and erythrocyte immunity indexes were all higher than those of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Kang＇ ai injection is better in improving the cellular immunity, humoral immunity, and erythrocyte immunity state of patients with non- small cell lung cancer, so its adjustment value is higher.
