尼莫地平联合复方丹参滴丸治疗脑供血不足的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨尼莫地平联合复方丹参滴丸治疗脑供血不足的临床疗效。方法选取娄底市中心医院2015年2月—2017年2月收治的脑供血不足患者50例,随机将患者分为单一组与联合组,各25例。单一组患者予以尼莫地平治疗,联合组患者予以尼莫地平联合复方丹参滴丸治疗,两组患者连续治疗14 d。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后血液流变学指标(血浆黏度、红细胞变形指数、红细胞聚集指数)及生活质量评分,观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果联合组患者治疗总有效率高于单一组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者血浆黏度、红细胞变形指数、红细胞聚集指数及生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后联合组患者血浆黏度、红细胞变形指数、红细胞聚集指数低于单一组,生活质量评分高于单一组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尼莫地平联合复方丹参滴丸治疗脑供血不足的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者血液流变学,提升生活质量,且不良反应少。Objective To study the clinical effect of nimodipine combined with compound danshen dropping pill on cerebral insufficiency. Methods A total of 50 cases of patients with cerebral insufficiency were selected from February 2015 to February 2017 in Loudi Central Hospital,which were randomly divided into single group and combined group,25 cases in each group. Single group was treated with nimodipine,combined group was given nimodipine combined with compound danshen dropping pill,both groups were treated for 14 days. The clinical effect,hemodynamic indexes（ plasma viscosity,erythrocyte deformation index,red cell assembling index）,quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate of combined group was higher than single group（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,no statistically significant differences of plasma viscosity,erythrocyte deformation index,red cell assembling index or quality of life score was found between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）; after treatment,the combined group of plasma viscosity,erythrocyte deformation index and red cell assembling index were lower than single group,quality of life score was higher than single group（ P〈0. 05）. No statistically significant difference of adverse reactions rate was found between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Nimodipine combined with compound danshen dropping pill have an exactly clinical effect on cerebral insufficiency,it can effectively improve hemodynamic of patients,promote the quality of life,and with less adverse reactions.
