浅谈新形势下高校思想政治理论课教师的基本素质

摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央把高校思想政治工作摆在突出位置,大学生思想政治教育成效显著,教师思想政治素质明显提高。当前国际形势复杂多变,改革开放进入攻坚期和深水区,新形势对高校思想政治理论课教师提出了更高的素质要求。高校思想政治理论课教师只有按照理想信念坚定、师德高尚、理论功底扎实、教学效果好的标准,不断提升基本素质,才能适应新形势,为培养合格的社会主义接班人更好地尽职履责。Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,has put college ideological and political work in a prominent position,so college students＇ political education produces marked effect and teachers＇ political quality has improved evidently. At present,with the complex and changeable international situation and the reform and opening up entering a crucial period,higher requirements have been put forward for the teachers of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities. Only when the teachers are equipped with firm belief, noble morality,solid theoretical foundation and good teaching quality can they adapt to the new situation. Thus they can better fi.flfill their responsibilities by cultivating qualified successors of socialism.
