摘　　要：针对国内机械工程专业学位研究生培养中"强学术能力,弱实践应用"的现状,江南大学机械工程学院依托区域优势,在对机械工程学科专业学位研究生的特点进行了充分研究和分析的基础上,从专业学位研究生培养理念、培养模式、培养平台、导师队伍、科研团队以及培养过程管理等多个方面入手,构建了完整的专业学位研究生培养体系,提升了学生的综合素养、工程应用和创新实践能力。In view of the present status of ＂strong in academic ability and weak in practical application＂ in the cultivation of professional master＇s degree students in mechanical engineering degree,School of Mechanical Engineering, Jiangnan University, based on the regional superiority,has carried on the thorough research and the analysis to the characteristic of postgraduates of mechanical engineering degree. Considering the training concept,training mode, training platform, tutor team,research team and training process management and other aspects,a complete professional master＇s degree graduate training system has been built and the students＇ comprehensive literacy, engineering applications and innovative practice ability have been enhanced.
