摘 要:邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)化合物的生产量和使用量不断增加,导致土壤、污泥及沉积物中PAEs的污染问题日益突显。PAEs作为一种内分泌干扰物,已被列入我国优先控制的污染物名录;其在土壤、PAEs在土壤、污泥及沉积物中的富集过程、迁移转化行为直接影响其对生物体的毒性大小,且其潜在生态风险与人群健康密切相关。本文综述了环境中PAEs的来源,及其在土壤、污泥及沉积物中的研究现状,并从微生物降解、吸附和光降解方面探讨了PAEs的治理研究,以期为有效评估PAEs污染水平及防控措施提供科学依据。The production and utilization of phthaic acid esters (PAEs) increase continuously in recent years, the soil, sludges and sediments contamination with PAEs is becoming more and more serious. PAEs are involved in endocrine disrupting effects, have been listed in the priority control pollutants. The enrichment and transformation of PAEs in soil, sludge and sediment directly affect the toxicity of the organism, and the potential ecological risk is closely related to the health of the population. The sources of PAEs in the environment were reviewed, and its research status in the soil, sludge and sediment, and the treatment technology of PAEs was studied in terms of microbial degradation, adsorption and photo degradation, in order to effectively assess PAEs pollution level and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control measures.
