民族地区医养结合养老服务模式发展的SWOT分析

摘　　要：我国民族地区逐渐步入了老龄化社会,老年人对养老和医疗的需求不断增加,但当地大部分养老机构实行的是医养分离的服务模式,不能满足老年群体的多重需求,养老形势更为严峻。在民族地区实行医养结合养老服务模式既有优势也有劣势,既面临机遇也面临挑战。文章基于SWOT分析法对这种养老模式进行分析,并对民族地区发展医养结合养老服务模式的路径选择提出建议,以期引起相关部门的重视,并推动它的发展。Ethnic areas have gradually entered the aging society in our country, and the elderly demand for pension and medical care continues to increase. But most of the local pension institutions are separated from the medical service model, so it＇s unable to meet the diverse needs of the elderly group, and makes the pension situation more severe. The implementation in Pension institution combined with medical service mode has both advantages and disadvantages in the minority areas, and face both opportunities and challenges. Basing on the SWOT analysis of the pension service model in this paper, it puts forward some suggestions on the path choice of the development of the combination of medical care and pension. Its purpose is to attract the attention of the relevant departments and promote its development.
