摘　　要：目的观察Foxp^(3+) Tregs和CD8^+ T细胞在结直肠癌组织中的表达水平,并探讨其在不同临床病理因素影响下的表达差异。方法选取2011年1月至2012年12月在本院病理科保存的结直肠癌组织标本82例,应用免疫组织化学二步法分别检测结直肠癌患者癌组织和癌旁组织(距癌组织小于3 cm)中Foxp^(3+) Tregs和CD8^+ T细胞的表达,并比较二者的表达率在不同临床病理因素影响下的差异。结果结直肠癌组织中Foxp^(3+) Tregs细胞阳性表达率均显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),结直肠癌组织中CD8^+ T细胞阳性表达率显著低于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。Foxp^(3+) Tregs和CD8^+ T细胞在癌组织的临床病理因素如浸润深度、分化程度、远处转移的影响下表达率有所差异(P<0.05),在不同性别、年龄、肿瘤生长部位、Ducks分期中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Foxp^(3+) Tregs在结直肠癌组织中的表达显著高于正常组织中,CD8^+ T细胞在结直肠癌组织中的表达明显低于正常组织,提示其可能在结直肠癌浸润及侵袭转移的过程中发挥着重要作用,检测其表达对结直肠癌的诊断、治疗及判断预后有着重要的临床意义。Objective To study the expression of Foxp^（3＋）Tregsand CD8~＋T cell in colorectalcancer tissue,andto analyze the different levels of expression associated with clinical pathology. Methods We analyzed Foxp^（3＋）Tregsand CD8~＋T cell expression level in tissueof 82 cases of colorectal cancer by immunohistochemistry technique. Results The expression of Foxp^（3＋）Tregscell in colorectal cancertissuewas significantly higher than that in adjacenttissue（P〈0. 05）. The expression of CD8~＋T cell in colorectalcancertissuewas significantly lower than that in adjacenttissue（P〈0. 05）. The expression rates of Foxp^（3＋）Tregs and CD8~＋T cell differed among of invasion depth,differentiated degree,distant metastasis of colorectalcancer（P〈0. 05）,but did not differ among of gender,ageand location of colorectal cancer（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The expression of Foxp^（3＋）Tregsand CD8~＋T cell plays an important role in the occurrence and metastasis of colorectalcancer. Therefore,the detection of them has important clinical significance for diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
