摘　　要：目的探讨CT在评估结肠癌患者术前分期和预后中的应用价值。方法纳入2012年12月至2014年9月本院60例结肠癌患者作为研究对象,患者术前均行128排多层螺旋CT检查,获得多平面重建图像,进行肿瘤病灶和淋巴结转移分期评估,并与病理检测结果对照,分析其在结肠癌术前分期和预后评估中的应用价值。结果 CT检出60例,敏感度为100%。T分期诊断准确率为95.00%(57/60),N分期准确率为91.67%(55/60),CT检测结肠癌术前T与N分期结果与病理结果差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。半年、1年及2年存活患者的T分期差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 128-SCT在术前对结肠癌T与N分期的辅助诊断价值较高,术后半年、1年及2年中不同存活情况的患者术前T分期有显著差异。Objective To study the application value of CT detection of tumor invasion depth in evaluating stage and prognosis of colon cancer. Methods 60 cases of colon cancer patients in our hospital from December 2012 to September 2014 were selected as the subjectsand those patientswere examined by 128 multi-slice spiral CT. The images of multiplanar reconstruction were obtained.Stage of tumor and lymph node metastasis was evaluated,and the results were compared with pathological results,to assess its value in colon cancer pathological staging and predicting prognosis. Results CT detected 60 cases with colon cancer,and the sensitivity was 100%.The accuracy rates in the diagnosis of T stage and N stage were 95% and 91.67%,respectively. There was no significant difference in the diagnosis of colon cancer stage between CT and pathology（P〉0. 05）. The T stage of patients with half-year,1-year and 2-year survival rates differed significantly（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion CT has high accurate in detecting the depth of tumor invasion. It has some value in predicting the prognosis of patients.
