摘 要:研究芽孢杆菌对武定鸡生产性能及其粪便含菌量的影响。选用27只武定鸡分成空白对照组、阳性对照组(抗生素)和添加芽孢杆菌试验组。结果表明,在武定鸡日粮中添加芽孢杆菌,其日增重均高出空白对照组和阳性对照组,且料肉比与空白对照组和阳性对照组相比均降低,添加芽孢杆菌的试验组鸡排出的粪便含菌率比空白对照组和阳性对照组都高。表明添加芽孢杆菌养殖效果较为理想,经济效益最为显著,具有一定的推广应用价值。Objective:To study the influence of Bacillus on Wuding chicken performance and fecal bacteria. Methods: Twenty-seven Wuding chickens were divided into control group(blank group), antibiotic group and Bacillus subtilis group. Then the feeding experiment was carried out. Results: The daily gain of Wuding chicken in Bacillus group was higher than that of the control group blank and the antibiotics group, and the ratio of feed to meat was lower than that of the control group and the antibiotics. In the faecal bacteria content, the Bacillus group was higher than that of the control group blank and the antibiotics group. Conclusion:Bacillus added group present the best breeding effect and the most significant economic benefits with a certain degree of promotion and application value.
