摘　　要：通过检索大量的科学文献,从食用菌栽培、蛋白饲料生产、废水处理和其他有效成分提取4个方面对中药渣的资源化利用技术进行论述。中药渣作为一种重要的资源,应变废为宝,发展前景广阔。By studying lots of scientific articles, the technology on utilization of herb medicine residues in four aspects, including edible fungus cultivation, protein feed product, waste water treatment and other effective components extraction were discussed.Herb medicine residue is an important resource with a broad prospect of development.
