摘 要:目的响应面法优化回流提取玛咖总黄酮的工艺条件。方法在单因素试验结果的基础上,以玛咖总黄酮收率为指标,应用响应面法考察提取时间、液料比和乙醇浓度对回流提取玛咖总黄酮收率的影响,根据Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计原理,建立回归模型,进行响应面分析。结果玛咖总黄酮回流提取最佳工艺条件为:液料比为26:1,乙醇体积分数为71%,单次回流提取时间为2.2 h,提取2次,总黄酮收率可达0.843%。结论响应面法可较好地优化玛咖总黄酮的提取条件,得到的回归方程与试验结果拟合性好,可为工业大生产提取玛咖总黄酮提供一定的参考。Objective To optimize the reflux extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Maca by Response surface methodology. Methods Based on the results of single-factor tests, the effects of extraction time, the ratio of liquid to material and the ethanol concentration were investigated by response surface methodology, using the yield of total flavonoids as response. According to the design principle of Box-Behnken center combination test, the response surface methodology was used to establish the regression model. Results The optimal reflux extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Maca were as follows: the ratio of liquid to solid was 26:1, the ethanol concentration was 71%, the reflux extraction time was 2.2 h, and the yield of total flavonoids was 0.843 %. Conclusion The response surface methodology can be used to optimize the extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Maca. The regression equation is in good agreement with the experimental results. It can provide reference for the extraction of total flavonoids from Maca.
