化湿解毒通络汤对湿热郁阻型缺血性脑卒中血脂水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究化湿解毒通络汤对湿热郁阻型缺血性脑卒中治疗的临床疗效及对TG、TC、LDL的影响。方法:80例湿热郁阻型缺血性脑卒中随机分为2组。对照组40例应用常规西药治疗,实验组40例在对照组基础上应用化湿解毒通络汤治疗,对比2组临床疗效、不良反应发生率及TG、TC、LDL水平。结果:实验组有效率显著高于对照组,2组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组TG、TC、LDL水平改善程度显著优于对照组,组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化湿解毒通络汤治疗湿热郁阻型缺血性脑卒中具有较显著的疗效,可有效改善患者的血脂水平。Objective： To investigate the effect of Huashi Jiedu Tongluo decoction on the treatment of ischemic stroke with damp-heat and depression and its effect on TG, TC and LDL. Methods： 80 cases of ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine. 40 patients in the experimental group were treated with Huashi Jiedu Tongluo decoction. The clinical efficacy, the incidence of adverse reactions and the levels of TG, TC and LDL were compared. Results： The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The improvement of TG, TC and LDL in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huashi Jiedu Tongluo decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of ischemic stroke with damp-heat depression, which can effectively improve the blood lipid level of the patients.
