安神益气补心汤联合帕罗西汀治疗广泛性焦虑症疗效及对患者血清神经递质的影响

摘　　要：目的观察安神益气补心汤联合帕罗西汀治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效及对患者血清神经递质的影响。方法将66例广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为观察组和对照组。2组均给予盐酸帕罗西汀片口服治疗,观察组加用自拟安神益气补心汤治疗,2组均以2周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后,观察比较2组临床症状、焦虑状况及血清神经递质的改善状况,并评估临床疗效。结果治疗后,2组恐惧惊剔、心烦易怒、心悸及失眠多梦症状积分均显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组上述指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后,2组HAMA和SAS评分均显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组上述评分改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后,2组血清5-HT、NE及DA含量均显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组上述指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论安神益气补心汤联合帕罗西汀治疗广泛性焦虑症疗效确切,能够调节中枢神经递质紊乱,有效改善患者焦虑症状。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Yiqi Anshen Buxin decoction combined with Paroxetine in treatment of generalized anxiety disorder and its influence on serum neurotransmitters. Methods Sixty-six patients with geneized anxiety disorder were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. All cases were given ParoxeHydrochloride Tablets for oral administration in the 2 groups, on the basis of the above treatment, the patients in the obsertion group plus Yiqi Anshen Buxin decoction for oral administration, 2 weeks as one treatment course and after 2 course of ctinues treatment, the clinical symptoms, anxiety status and the improvement of serum neurotransmitter of the two groups wobserved and compared, and the clinical curative effect were evaluated. Results After treatment, the scores of fear and sprise ,upset and irritabil ity, palpitations, and insomnia were significantly decreased in the 2 groups （all F 〈0.05） , and improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （ F 〈 0. 05 ） ; the HAMA and Sscores of the 2 groups were significantly decreased （F 〈0. 05） , and the scores of the observation group were significantly lothan those of the control group （al l F 〈 0.05 ） ; the levels of serum 5-HT, NE and DA were significantly lower in the 2 gro（all F 〈0. 05） , the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than the control group （ F 〈0. 05） ; the toeffective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （F 〈0. 05） . Conclusion AnshYiqi Buxin decoction combined with Paroxetine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder has exact curative effect, it regulate nerve system disorder, effectively improve the symptoms of patients with anxiety.
