牵正散内服配合丹参红花外敷治疗面神经炎风寒外袭证疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察牵正散内服配合丹参红花外敷治疗面神经炎风寒外袭证型的治疗效果。方法将100例面神经炎风寒外袭证型患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组给予醋酸泼尼松片口服和甲钴胺注射液肌内注射治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予牵正散内服配合丹参红花外敷,观察2组治疗效果及治疗前后中医证候积分、生活质量(SF-36)评分变化情况,统计2组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗1个疗程后,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组各项SF-36评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而各项中医症候积分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组不良反应均较少。结论牵正散内服联合丹参红花外敷治疗面神经炎风寒外袭证型临床疗效确切,可显著改善中医证候,提高生活质量,且安全。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Qianzhengsan for oral administration combined with radix salviae miltiorrhizae and safflower for external application on facial neuritis with wind cold exterior attacking syndrome. Methods One hundred cases of facial neuritis with wind cold exterior attacking syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. The patients were treated with Prednisone Acetate Tablets for oral administration and Mecobalamin Injection for intramuscular injection in the control group, and with Qianzhengsan for oral administration com-bined with radix salviae miltiorrhizae and safflower for external application in the observation group on the basis of treatment in the control group. The therapeutic effect, TCM syndrome score and quality of life （SF-36） score were observed before and after treatment in the two groups, and the adverse reactions of the 2 groups were statistically analyzed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （F 〈0. 05） ; all the scores of SF-36 were significantly higher than those of the control group （ F 〈0. 05） , and the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （all F 〈 0. 05） ; the two groups had less adverse reactions. Conclusion It is effective to treat facial neuritis with wind cold exterior attacking syndrome by Qianzhengsan for oral combined with radix salviae miltiorrhizae and safflower for external application, can significantly improve TCM syndromes and quality of life with high safety.
