硫糖铝混悬液防治急性放射性口腔炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察硫糖铝混悬液防治急性放射性口腔炎的临床疗效。方法选取2012年6月—2015年5月67例洛阳市中心医院接受头颈部放疗的恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为治疗组34例接受硫糖铝混悬液治疗,对照组33例接受复方硼砂含漱液治疗,观察两组口腔黏膜损伤的分级情况、疼痛指数、黏膜反应恢复时间及总疗程完成时间。结果治疗组和对照组总的损伤发生率分别为85.3%、96.9%,治疗组总损伤发生率较对照组低(P<0.01),治疗组Ⅲ、Ⅳ级损伤(5.9%、0.0%)发生率治疗组低于对照组(27.3、18.2)(P<0.05),治疗组Ⅰ级损伤(52.9%)高于对照组(15.2%)(P<0.01);治疗组平均疼痛指数(3.84±0.47),对照组平均疼痛指数(5.74±0.52),两组平均疼痛指数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组损伤恢复时间平均(11.22±1.87)d;对照组损伤恢复时间平均(15.46±2.34)d,治疗组平均恢复时间较对照组短(P<0.05);治疗组放疗疗程完成时间为(51.83±3.62)d,低于对照组(62.41±4.03)d(P<0.05)。结论硫糖铝混悬液可降低头颈部恶性肿瘤患者急性放射性口腔黏膜炎发生率及疼痛指数,缩短损伤恢复时间及疗程完成时间,可作为良好的放疗辅助用药。Objective To explore the efficacy of Sucralfate Suspension in the treatment for acute oral mucositis related with radiotherapy. Methods Sixty-seven patients With oral mucositis From June 2012 to May 2015 of Luoyang Central Hospital were enrolled into this research.Thirty-four patients received the treatment of sucralfate suspension and thirtythree patients were enrolled into the group with the routine treatment of compound corax solution. Results The treatment group and the control group the total injury incidence rate were 85.3%, 96.9%, treatment group total injury incidence rate is lower than the control group(P<0.01), the treatment group III and IV injury(5.9%, 0%) the incidence rate of the treatment group than the control group(27.3, 18.2)(P<0.05), treatment group(grade I injury 52.9%) higher than that of the control group(15.2%)(P<0.01); the treatment group average pain index(3.84 ± 0.47), the control group average pain index(5.74 ± 0.52), the two groups was statistically significant difference between the average pain index(P<0.05); the treatment group injury recovery time average(11.22 ± 1.87) days; control group injury the average recovery time(15.46 ± 2.34) days, the treatment group the average recovery time shorter than the control group(P<0.05); the treatment group radiotherapy course completion time is(51.83 ± 3.62) days, lower than the control group(62.41 ± 4.03)days(P<0.05). Conclusion Sucralfate suspension can reduce the incidence of radioactive oral mucositis and pain index in patients with head and neck malignant tumors,shorten the injury recovery time and course completion time, can be used as a good adjuvant radiotherapy drug.
