进展性脑梗死患者血清Hs-CRP、SAA和IL-18水平表达及意义

摘　　要：目的对进展性脑梗死(PCI)患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)和血清白介素(IL)-18水平表达及意义进行探讨分析。方法选取2014年8月—2015年8月在该院治疗的32例PCI患者作为PCI组,将非进展性脑梗死(NPCI)31例患者作为NPCI组,将针对血管危险因素查体者32例作为对照组。对于血清Hs-CRP水平检测采用胶乳增强免疫比浊法,运用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)和血清白介素(IL)-18的水平状况进行检测,最后比较两组血清Hs-CRP、SAA和IL-18水平。结果 NPCI(8.12±4.47)mg/L,(6.14±3.67)mg/L,(4.75±2.79)mg/L,(0.85±0.22)mg/L与对照组(0.75±0.16)mg/L及PCI组(17.42±4.14)mg/L,(14.31±3.14)mg/L,(11.78±2.45)mg/L,(7.18±2.67)mg/L相比,其在患者住院第1、3、14天等在SAA、IL-18及血清Hs-CRP水平明显高于后者(P<0.01),且上述血清蛋白水平呈现出正相关状态(P<0.01)。结论进展性脑梗死患者的血清Hs-CRP、IL-18及SAA水平升高明显,与患者实际病情状况及早期水平存在密切相关性,在PCI临床进程中血清Hs-CRP、IL-18及SAA水平具有重要促进作用,并为PCI今后临床诊断和治疗提供临床依据。Objective To progressive cerebral infarction(PCI) of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP),serum amyloid A(SAA) and serum interleukin(IL) interleukin-18 expression and significance of for analysis and discussion. Methods Selected from August 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital treatment of 32 patients with PCI as PCI group, will be a progressive cerebral infarction(NPCI) as NPCI group, 31 cases for vascular risk factors on 32 cases as control group. For serum Hs-CRP level detection by latex enhanced immune turbidimetric method, using the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA) on serum amyloid A(SAA) and the levels of serum interleukin(IL)- 18 conditions for testing. Results NPCI(8.12±4.47)mg/L,(6.14±3.67)mg/L,(4.75±2.79)mg/L,(0.85±0.22)mg/L and the control group(0.75±0.16)mg/L and the PCI group(17.42±4.14)mg/L,(14.31±3.14)mg/L,(11.78±2.45)mg/L,(7.18±2.67)mg/L, compared to the length of stay in patients 1 d, 3 d, 14 d in SAA, IL-18 serum Hs- and CRP levels are significantly higher than the latter(P<0.01), and the state of serum protein levels showed positive correlation(P<0.01).Conclusion In patients with progressive cerebral infarction serum hs CRP, IL-18 and SAA levels increased significantly, and with the actual condition of the patients condition and early level is closely related to, in the course of clinical PCI serum hs CRP, IL-18 and SAA level has an important role in promoting and PCI in clinical diagnosis of fault and provide the clinical basis for the treatment.
