摘  要:目的观察甘露糖受体(Mannose receptor,MR)和Podoplanin在肝细胞肝癌组织中的表达,探讨其与肝细胞肝癌恶性程度的关系。方法实验于2014年6月在齐齐哈尔医学院中心研究室进行,将肝细胞肝癌癌组织分为有淋巴结转移和无淋巴结转移两组,并与正常肝组织对照。采用免疫组化检测肝细胞肝癌组织中MR蛋白和Podoplanin的阳性表达情况与正常肝组织组进行对照,观察MR、D2-40的阳性表达率与肝细胞肝癌淋巴转移的关系,同时利用免疫组织化学方法观察MR蛋白和Podoplanin在肝癌组织、癌旁组织、正常肝组织中的表达情况。结果 1MR蛋白和Podoplanin在肝细胞肝癌组织中都是高表达,而在正常肝组织内均是低表达(P<0.05);2MR阳性表达率在淋巴结转移组及无淋巴结转移组无明显差异(P>0.05);Podoplanin在肝细胞肝癌淋巴结转移组明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。结论 MR蛋白和Podoplanin在肝细胞肝癌组织中高表达可能与肝细胞肝癌恶性程度有关;Podoplanin在肝细胞肝癌中高表达可能与淋巴管生成和淋巴道转移密切相关。Objective To observe the expressions of Mannose receptor(MR) and Podoplanin in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue, and discuss the relationship between expressions and malignant degree in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Experiment was carried out in the laboratory center of Qiqihar Medical School in June 2014,Hepatocellular carcinoma tissue is divided into two groups, lymph node metastasis and no lymph node metastasis. The normal liver tissue is used as control group. The positive expressions of MR and Podoplanin in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue, detected by Immunohistochemistry are compared with control group. The relationship between the positive expressions and hepatocellular carcinoma with lymph metastasis is analyzed. The expressions of MR and Podoplanin in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue, adjacent tissue and normal liver tissue are also detected by Immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of MR and Podoplanin in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue is higher than in normal liver tissue(P<0.05). There are no significant differences of the positive expression rates of MR in lymph node metastasis group and no lymph node metastasis group(P>0.05). However,The expression of Podoplanin in lymph node metastasis group is significant higher than no lymph node metastasis group(P<0.05). Conclusion The high expression of MR and Podoplanin in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue should be related to the malignant degree in hepatocellular carcinoma. The high expression of Podoplanin in hepatocellular carcinoma should have close relationship with lymphangion genesis and lymphatic metastasis.
