摘　　要：根管长度电测法是运用电子根测仪来确定牙齿根管工作长度的方法,临床中确定根管长度的方法很多种,而此方法因操作简便,准确性高,在临床上应用最为广泛。本文就该法在临床中运用的准确性及其相关影响因素做一简要概述。Root canal length electronical measurement is the method of using electronic apex locator to determine tooth root canal working length.The method of determine the length of root canal in the clinical are various.Because of the advantages that easy operation, high accuracy, the electronic apex locator had be the most widely applied in clinic.In this paper briefly summarizes the accuracy of the method in clinical use and its related influencing factors.
