大剂量应用附子治疗脑瘤典型病例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨应用大剂量附子治疗脑瘤效果。方法对2014年9月—2016年1月1例门诊脑瘤患者的病因、发病机制、采用中医六经辨证分析方法,结合古籍,回归经典,治疗方法:温阳健脾补肾,散寒解毒消瘤;大剂量应用附子,下补肾阳以益火,挽救散失之亡阳,回阳救逆,温助命门之火,温里散寒,散除在表之寒湿。结果 1大剂量附子在应用至130 g时,安全、每月复查肝肾功能无损伤、值得推广;2中医药治疗对无法手术或拒绝放、化疗治疗的患者,以扶正为主、祛邪为辅的辨证治疗则可以改善患者的生存质量,延长生存时间。结论辨证准确的前提下,大剂量应用附子是安全的,而且治疗效果是令人满意的。Objective To explore the application effect of large dose of the treatment of lateral brain tumor. Methods Between September 2014 and March 2016 clinic patients with brain tumor etiology, mechanism, by using the way of six-channel differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with the ancient books, return to classical, treatment methods： this article spleen and kidney, cold anti tumor; High-dose application of aconite, the kidney Yang with friendly fire, save the lost of wu Yang, Yang back to save the inverse, wen to curse of fire and warm in the cold, in addition to scattered in table of dampness. Results 1l arge dose when applied to 130 g, lateral root of aconite security,monthly review liver and kidney function and no damage; 2 Chinese medicine treatment of surgery or refuse to put,chemotherapy patients, mainly centering, eliminate pathogenic as auxiliary treatment based on syndrome differentiation can improve the patient＇s quality of life, prolong survival time. Conclusion Syndrome differentiation under the premise of accurate, large doses of the application of aconite is safe, and treatment effect was satisfactory.
