摘  要:目的:观察改良高碘酸-无色品红染色方法(PAS)的染色结果。方法:选择2014年1月~2016年12月外科标本110例作为临床研究,包括涎腺、卵巢、乳腺等标本。所有选择的标本,均分别进行传统和改良两种PAS方法进行染色,对染色结果进行对比观察。结果:用改良PAS染色得到的阳性物质表明,标本的反应度可分为强度、中度、弱度三个级别。改良PAS染色的颜色更为鲜艳,具有很强的特异性,各个组织结构清晰可见,具有鲜明的对比色彩。而传统PAS染色的特异性较差,红染较重,结构分布不清。结论:改良PAS染色法能够使标本结构更为清楚,结果更为准确,具有良好的实际应用价值。同时,在操作中需要对染色的温度和时间进行严格控制,以便取得更好的染色结果。Objective To observe the staining results of modified periodic acid fuchsin fuchsin staining( PAS) method. Method 110 cases of surgical specimens in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected as clinical studies,including salivary glands,ovaries,breast and other specimens. All the selected specimens were stained with two traditional and modified PAS methods,and the staining results were compared and observed. Results The positive substances obtained by modified PAS staining showed that the reaction degree of the specimens could be divided into three grades: intensity,moderate and weak. The color of modified PAS staining was more bright,with strong specificity,clear structure of each tissue,and had a distinctive contrast color. However,the specificity of traditional PAS staining was poor,the red dye was heavy,and the structure was not clear. Conclusion The improved PAS staining method can make the structure of the specimen more clear,the result is more accurate,and has good practical value. At the same time,the temperature and time of dyeing should be strictly controlled in order to achieve better dyeing results.
