丁螺环酮联合舍曲林治疗伴有焦虑的抑郁症的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察丁螺环酮合并舍曲林对伴有焦虑的抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法:对80例门诊和住院的抑郁症患者,随机分为研究组40例(舍曲林联合丁螺环酮治疗)和对照组40例(单用舍曲林治疗),连续观察8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)17项、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和副反应量表(TESS)分别于治疗前和治疗第1、2、4、6、8周末评定临床疗效和治疗过程中出现的不良反应。结果:两组治疗后HAMD和HAMA评分较治疗前均有显著性降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗第2、4、6、8周末研究组HAMD和HAMA较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗第8周末,研究组与对照组治疗后的有效率分别为58.33%、37.14%,两组疗效相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组和对照组与药物不良反应出现频率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:舍曲林合并丁螺环酮治疗伴有焦虑的抑郁症与单用舍曲林相比起效更快,疗效更为确切,安全性较高。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of buspirone combined with sertraline for depression with anxiety. Method 80 cases of inpatients and outpatients with depression were randomly divided into study group 40 cases（ sertraline combined with buspirone treatment） and control group 40 cases（ sertraline treatment）,treatment for 8 weeks. Severity was assessed by 17 item Hamilton Depression Scale（ HAMD） and Hamilton Anxiety Scale（ HAMA）,the safety was evaluated with treatment emergent symptom scale（ TESS）. Results After treatment,the scores of HAMD and HAMA in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment（ P〈0. 01）; The scores of HAMD and HAMA in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after 2,4,6 and 8 weeks,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,the treatment of 8 weeks study group and the control group rate was 58. 33% and 37. 14%,the difference of the efficacy of the two groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the frequency of adverse drug reactions between the study group and the control group（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with the single use of sertraline,buspirone combined with sertraline in the early efficacy of the treatment of depression with anxiety is more accurate,higher security.
