摘　　要：《金匮要略广注》(以下简称《广注》)是清初钱塘名医李彣所著。该书是中医经典著作《金匮要略》(以下简称《金匮》)的第一本全注本。《广注》的刊行对后世《金匮》研究者产生了一定影响。由于种种原因,《广注》少有传世,目前知者不广,国内外尚无对《广注》的全面研究。长春中医药大学图书馆现藏有一部清刻本,刻印工艺精良,序目完整。现结合可见的文献资源对长春中医药大学《广注》清刻本行文献学及版本学分析,明确了该版本《广注》较高的文献价值。进一步探索该版本的文献信息,将为研究明清《金匮》注家起到良好的推进作用。All-round Exegesis of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber（The following referred to as AESGC） written by LI Wen who was a famous doctor of Qian Tang in the Qing dynasty. It is the first fully annotated book of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber which is classical works of TCM. The publishing of AESGC has some influence on the later researchers of SGC. For various reasons, moreover spreads down concerns its material to be few, at home and abroad, there is no comprehensive study on it. However, there is one of the Qing dynasty edition being saved in the library of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine. The marks made by it are clear, beautiful and standard; it is also complete in content. Now we go for an analysis of philology and edition of it, combined with the visible literature resources. The value of this version is higher, we will explore this book further, It is beneficial to the furtherance of researcher, who gave explanatory notes of SGC in the Ming and Qing dynasty.
