冰雪运动对听障大学生情绪影响及调控

摘　　要：影响听障大学生情绪的因素,既有来自于听觉障碍、认知因素、心理理论等自身内部的因素,也有来自于家庭、学校、社会等外部环境的因素。冰雪运动是北方高校体育教育的重要内容和手段,对情绪调控具有重要作用,有助于听障大学生建立积极情绪,摆脱消极情绪。因此,开展残疾人高等教育的北方高校,要通过冰雪运动帮助听障大学生克服自身障碍,正确认识自己,并为听障大学生建立良好的冰雪运动校园环境,从而提高听障大学生情绪调控的能力,为他们顺利融入社会打下坚实基础。The influencing factors on the hearing impaired undergraduates relate to not only themselves such as hearing impairment,cognitive factors and psychological theory,but also the external environment such as family,school and society. As an important content and means of college physical education in North China,the ice-snow sports plays an important role in emotion regulation,it will help the hearing impaired undergraduates build positive emotions and get rid of negative emotions. So,the paper suggests that in northern colleges and universities which carrying out higher education for the disabled,it should be through ice-snow sports to help the hearing impaired undergraduates overcome their own obstacles,to have correct self-awareness,to establish a good campus environment. The purpose is to improve their ability to control emotions,and lay a solid foundation for their successful integration into society.
