摘 要:冰上课教学室北方高校冬季体育必修课,在授课的过程中采取积极有效的方式和方法在加强学生身体素质之外,提升学生的心理素质是培养学生自我调控情绪,完善学生健康心理的根本保证。通过分析,认为对于冰上运动学生缺乏自信心、教师在冰上课教学中对理论知识重视不够、学生关于冰上运动的运动安全意识浅薄等是学生畏惧冰上课的原因;并提出对学生进行分组教学,因材施教、冰上课中加强运动技术和安全理论知识的教导、提高教师对学生心理素质教学的重视程度等提升学生心理素质的途径,为提高冰上课教学质量提供理论参考。In ice teaching which is as a compulsory course for winter physical education in northern universities,in addition to enhance the undergraduates’ physical quality with positive and effective ways or methods,to promoting their psychological quality is fundamental guarantee for developing their self-regulation emotion and healthy psychology. By analysis,the paper indicates the reasons why they fear ice skating relate to the undergraduates’ lack of self-confidence,the teachers’ insufficient attention on the theoretical knowledge of ice teaching,the undergraduates’ weak security awareness in ice skating. It suggests some ways for promoting the undergraduates’ psychological quality as follows: to teach them in accordance with their aptitude in grouping teaching,to enhance the ice teaching of exercise skills and safety theory knowledge,to improve the teacher’s attention to the teaching of their psychological quality. The purpose is to provide a theoretical reference for improving the ice teaching effect.
