摘　　要：法制建设日益成为我国社会生活中的一件大事,全国各地,各行业广泛开展依法治理的实践活动。医院是救死扶伤的场所,加强医院法制建设,使医院管理工作纳入法制轨道,依法管理,依法制院,是医院今后发展的重要任务。With that the construction of legal system has become the major event in the social life in China. Vary professions in the country manage themselves by law. As the places of treating the wounded and rescuing the dying, it is our important task for the further development for the construction of legal system, bring the hospital management into the orbit of law.
