PPH治疗痔临床分析及并发症防治措施

摘　　要：为观察PPH治疗痔的临床疗效,总结PPH术后并发症防治措施,回顾2013年7月至2016年9月我科行PPH治疗的60例痔患者资料,分析其临床疗效,并就并发症防治措施进行总结.结果显示,本组60例患者均治愈,平均手术时间95 min,住院时间10 d.术后吻合口出血2例.随访6个月至2年,均无复发.结果表明,注意PPH操作细节可提高手术疗效,术中细节的改进可减少并发症的发生.In order to observe the clinical efficacy of PPH in the treatment of hemorrhoids and sum up the prevention and treatment measures of postoperative complications of PPH , authors reviewed the data of 60 cases with hemorrhoids performed PPH in the General Surgery Department in July 2013 to September 2016, analyzed its clinical efficacy and summed up the prevention and treatment measures of complications. As results, 60 patients were cured; the average operation time was 95 min, ;hospital stay was 10 d; post- operative anastomotic bleeding was in 2 cases. Followed up for 6 months to 2 years, there was no recur- rence. The results show that paying attention to operation details of PPH can improve the efficacy of sur- gery; the improvement of intraoperative details can reduce the incidence of complications.
