摘　　要：探究《时病论》辨病论治和辨证论治的思路,对雷丰《时病论》中伤寒、温病、瘟疫等疾病的概念及治法进行分析。结果发现,雷丰注意辨析各类外感时病,从发病时令、病机方面辨别了伤寒和温病,从症状、严重性、流行性、传染性等角度区别了温病与瘟疫,区分一季之中相似疾病的轻重,其对各类外感时病的发病季节、病因、病机、症状、严重性等的区分,对今天中医治疗外感病有一定借鉴价值。To explore the thinking of treatment based on disease differentiation and treatment based on syndrome differentiation in Treatise on Seasonal Diseases, and analyze the concept and the treating methods of diseases such as typhoid fever, warm disease, pestilence, etc. The results showed that, Lei Feng had made a penetrating analysis of different symptoms and illness of exogenous diseases. He distinguished between typhoid, epidemic febrile disease and plague by seasons, solar terms and pathogenesis, etc. Also, he definitely pointed out the severity of the similar diseases. Lei Feng＇ s study on the diagnosis and treatment based on syndrome and disease differentiation of exogenous diseases has certain reference value for today＇ s treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on exogenous diseases.
