摘 要:为了明确我国白肋烟的质量特征,整理了2004—2014年白肋烟各产区烟叶样品数据,分析了烟叶物理特性和主要化学成分含量特点及年度间的变化,比较了国内主要产区之间的差异。结果表明,2004—2014年白肋烟的理化指标年度间差异较大,但年度间波动变化没有规律性;湖北恩施、四川达州、重庆万州、云南宾川等4个主要产区的白肋烟厚度、平衡含水率、拉力、伸长率差异不显著,叶面密度、填充值、含梗率、单叶质量有一定差异;4个产区的总糖、石油醚提取物含量和pH值差异不显著,不同产区不同部位烟叶总植物碱、总氮、钾、氯含量有一定差异。To clarify the quality of burley tobacco in China, the physical properties and main chemical components of burley tobacco leaves in China during 2004-2014 were analyzed. The results showed that, the physical properties and chemical components of the annual burley tobacco leaves in the annual 2004-2014 years were different, but there was no regularity between the annual fluctuations. Leaves thickness, equilibrium moisture content, tensile strength and elongation of burley tobacco from four main producing areas of China in Hubei Enshi, Sichuan Dazhou, Chongqing Wanzhou, Yunnan Binchuan were not significant, the leaf density, filling value, percentage of stem and leaf quality were significant differences. The total sugar, petroleum ether extract content and pH values of burley tobacco form four areas were not significantly differences, the total alkaloid, total nitrogen, potassium and chlorine content in different parts of tobacco from different areas were different.
