摘 要:特厚板坯由于厚度大、拉速低和水平段积水等原因,易发生表面横裂纹等缺陷。通过开发间歇式喷淋技术,使连铸二冷水间歇式喷出,可以明显提高特厚板坯的铸坯质量。使用高温延塑性测定的手段确定当特厚板坯表面温度提高至850℃以上时,可以明显降低特厚板坯表面横裂纹的发生率。间歇式喷淋节奏设定为开启30 s,关闭60 s。使用间歇式喷淋以后,特厚板坯表面温度提高了80℃左右,特厚板坯表面温差从优化前的60~80℃降低至优化后的20~30℃,特厚板坯表面清理比例减低至0.9%左右,收到良好的效果。Transverse surface cracking is frequently found on ultra-thick slab surface. A new of intermittent spraying technology of second cooling was developed and applied in ultra-thick slab to remarkably improve the surface quality of ultra-thick slab. The surface temperature of ultra-thick slab can be increased up to 850 ℃ through measurement of hot ductility, which remarkably decreases the incidence of occurrence of transverse surface cracking on ultra-thick slab. The pattern of intermittent spraying was designed as opening 30 s and closing 60 s, the surface temperature was increased by 80 ℃. The temperature difference on transverse ultra-thick slab surface was decreased to 20~30 ℃ from 60~80℃ after application of the intermittent spraying technology. Application achieves good effect.
