摘  要:第二课堂教育,在活跃校园氛围、提高学生综合素质与核心竞争力中发挥着不可替代的作用.通过对山东农业大学食品科学与工程学院几年第二课堂教育的创新实践进行分析和总结,为高等院校工科类专业第二课堂活动开展提供了理论依据.The second--classroom plays an irreplaceable role in the activate datmosphere of campus, the comprehensive capacity and the core competitiveness of students. This study, taking College of Food Science and Engineering of Shandong Agricultural University as an example, discusses and summarizes the creativity which was applied in practice by the college for several years. Thus it would provide the basis how to develop the second--classroom activities in the engineering majors of universities.
