摘 要:针对目前有轨电车系统结构复杂、建设成本偏高等问题,提出有轨电车综合指挥调度系统。该系统摒弃传统轨道交通行业里将调度、信号、机电、供电独立设置的思想,围绕业务功能、硬件平台、软件平台三个方面对各个业务子系统进行集成整合,从而形成一套集运行监控、运营管理、调度指挥为一体的运营调度指挥平台。对系统的构成元素如运行控制中心、车辆段、网络管理系统、培训仿真系统、设备维护系统等进行详细分析,并介绍系统的通用功能、自动监控功能、电力监控功能、广播系统功能、乘客信息系统功能、闭路电视系统功能、联动功能等,另外对系统的接口矩阵也进行说明。An integrated traffic dispatch system (ITDS) is proposed in view of the complicated structure and high construction cost of the tram. Different from traditional urban rail traffic dispatch scheme whose dispatching, signal, electromechanical and power systems are separated and working independently, the ITDS integrates the subsystem for business operation and its soft- ware and hardware into a unified command platform to implement the function of train running monitoring, operation manage- ment and dispatch management. Main components of the ITDS, such as operation control center ( OCC ), depots, network management system (NMS), training management system (TMS), device maintenance system (DMS), and its main func- tions, including its general function, automatic monitoring function, power system computer aided design system ( PSCADS), public address system (PA), passenger information system (P IS), closed circuit television (CCTV), linkage function, are in- troduced in the paper. The interface matrix of the ITDS is also explained.
