摘 要:目的 探讨区域医联体内延续护理知信行现状,为区域医联体内开展相关培训及质量控制提供依据.方法 采用护士延续护理知信行调查问卷,对某区域医联体内的128名护士进行调查.结果 区域医联体内护士延续护理知信行总分为(70.11±11.46)分,处于中等水平,其中知识(64.51±15.88)分、态度(78.27±9.47)分、行为(63.35±18.02)分;Pearson相关分析表明,知识与态度、态度与行为、知识与行为得分均呈正相关(r值分别为0.59、0.50、0.55;P〈0.01).是否参加过相关培训是延续护理知信行总分及知识、态度、行为的影响因素.结论 区域医联体内护士对延续护理的态度较积极,但知识及行为方面有待进一步加强,完善区域医联体内护士延续护理培训机制势在必行.Objective To explore the current situation of knowledge, attitude, practice (KAP) on transitional nursing of nurses in regional medical association so as to provide the base for related training and quality control in regional medical association.Methods A total of 128 nurses in regional medical association were investigated with the transitional care KAP questionnaire for nurses.Results The overall score of the transitional care KAP questionnaire for nurses was (70.11±11.46), which was at the medium level. The score of knowledge, attitude, practice was (64.51±15.88), (78.27±9.47), (63.35±18.02). The pearson correlation analysis showed that there were statistically positive correlations between knowledge and attitude, between attitude and practice, between knowledge and practice (r=0.59, 0.50, 0.55;P〈0.01). It is the influencing factor of the overall score of the transitional care KAP questionnaire, knowledge, attitude, practice wether attending related training. Conclusions Nurses in regional medical association have positive attitudes on transitional nursing. However, the knowledge and practice need to be strengthened further. It is imperative to improve the training mechanism of transitional nursing of nurses in regional medical association.
