摘 要:随着医疗水平的不断发展与完善,医学检验技术越来越趋向于科技化,聚合酶链反应(PCR)是一种体外DNA扩增技术,该技术已经有近三十年的历史,具有操作方便、敏感性高、精准性高等优势,从而广泛地应用在医学及分子生物学等各个领域。PCR在医学检验工作中体现出了较高的应用价值,其应用保证了样品检测的准确性和可靠性,节省了大量的财力和物力,同时还有效地提高了诊断准确率,在临床肿瘤检验、免疫检验、细菌检验等方面发挥着重要的作用。本文针对PCR在医学检验领域中的应用实际情况展开综述,为临床医学检验研究提供借鉴。With the continuous development and improvement of medical level, medical testing technology is becoming more and more technological, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is an in vitro DNA amplification technique, with a history of nearly 30 years. PCR has the advantages of easy operation, high sensitivity and high precision, and has been widely used in various fields such as medicine and molecular biology. In the medical laboratory work, PCR reflects the high application value, the application of the technology is to ensure the accuracy and reliability of sample testing, and saves a lot of financial and material resources, but also effectively improves the diagnostic accuracy, which plays an important role in clinical cancer test, immunoassay, bacterial test and so on. In this paper, the application of PCR in the field of medical laboratory is reviewed, in order to provide reference value for clinical laboratory research.
