摘 要:研究根据平衡计分卡及供应链标准运作模型,以煤炭供应链的均衡供给及协调发展为目标,构建其绩效评价模型,并基于区间熵值法、层次分析法两种方法对评价指标进行了集成赋权,对龙煤集团、山西焦煤集团、中煤集团、兖矿集团、冀中能源集团和以流通企业为核心的供应链:泰德煤网共6条供应链整体进行了综合绩效评价。分析出各条供应链的绩效情况以及存在的问题,最后提出煤炭供应链绩效改进的对策。According to the balanced scorecard and the standard operation model of the coal supply chain,as well as the balanced supply of the coal supply chain and the coordinated development as the target,the performance evaluation model was established. Based on the regional entropy and analytic hierarchy process,the integrated weighting was conducted on the evaluation indexes. The key coal supply chain of the production enterprises would be included Heilongjiang Longmay Mining Holding Group,Shanxi Coking Coal Group,China National Coal Group,Shandong Yanzhou Mining Group,Jizhong Energy Group and the circulation enterprises as the key of the supply chain. A comprehensive performances evaluation was conducted on six supply chain integration of Tader Coal Scm. The paper analyzed the performance condition and problems existed of each supply chain and the paper provided the countermeasures to improve the coal supply chain performances.
