摘  要:目的:观察新型纳米载银抗菌凝胶对常见牙周致病菌的体外抑菌作用。方法:采用琼脂扩散法观察新型纳米纳米载银抗菌凝胶(实验组)对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普氏菌、具核梭杆菌、放线伴放线杆菌等的体外抑菌作用,同时分别以盐酸米诺环素软膏和空白载体作为阳性和阴性对照。结果:纳米载银抗菌凝胶对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普氏菌、具核梭杆菌、放线伴放线杆菌的抑菌环直径均值分别为:14.4±1.14mm,15.2±0.84mm,14.2±1.10mm,14.8±0.84mm,与盐酸米诺环素软膏相比没有明显统计学差异。结论:新型纳米载银抗菌凝胶对常见牙周致病菌在体外有抑菌作用,抑菌效果与盐酸米诺环素软膏类似。Objective: To investigate the bacteriostasic activity of nano-slilver based inorganic antibacterial gel to the common periodontal pathogens in vitro. Methods: The agar diffusion method was used to investigate the bacteriostasic activity of nano-slilver based inorganic antibacterial gel (test group) to the common periodontal pathogens. The pathogens included werePorphyromanus gingivalis (P.g.), Prevotella intermedia (P.i.), Fusobacterium nucleatum (F.n.), Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans (A.a.). minocycline gel and the blank vehicle was investigated as positive and negative control respectively at the same time. Results: The diameters of the bacterial inhibition ring of test group werel4.4± 1.14 mm, 15.2±0.84 mm, 14.2± 1.10 mm, 14.8±0.84mmfor P.g., P.i., F.n., A.a., respectively. There were no significant difference between the test group and positive control. Conclusion: The nano-sliver based inorganic antibacterial gel have the similar baceriostasic activity to the common periodontal pathogens with minocycline.
