摘  要:目的 :通过微创拔牙术拔除日本大耳白兔双侧下颌前牙,即刻植入种植体,探讨建立即刻种植义齿动物模型的方法,为种植义齿后续相关研究提供研究模型。方法:6只日本大耳白兔双侧下颌前牙微创拔除,以穿龈方式即刻植入11枚种值体,可吸收线缝合创口使牙龈和愈合基台紧密接触,术后护理,定期临床检查及X线检测。结果:术后1个月11枚种植体均稳固,周围软组织颜色粉红,未见炎性体征;X线片显示种植体螺纹中骨质长入,提示获得良好的骨结合。结论:微创拔牙结合即刻种植,可获得良好的口腔种植实验动物模型,缩短实验时间,为后续实验奠定基础。Objective: To discuss the method of establish an animal model by minimally invasive teeth extraction and immediate implantation of implants. Mehods: Six adult Japanese white rabbits were used in the experiment. Rabbit’s mandibular anterior teeth were extracted by minimally invasive way, and immediately implanted (11 implants), installed healing abutments, sutured with absorbable material, regular clinical and X-ray examination. Results: All implants were stable after one month, soft tissue surrounding the plants was normal. The X-ray image showed that it was evident that new bone formed from the existing bone and was in contact with the implant surface and screw-thread. Conclusion: Our experiment revealed good bone-to-implant contact, but further observations are needed.
