摘　　要：针对高血压和糖尿病等慢性病患者的个性化服务需求,开发基于智能终端设备的家庭自助健康管理系统,介绍系统架构、各终端功能及其数据通信等关键技术,该系统可为患者及家庭成员提供实时、有效的疾病预防知识以及有针对性的在线医疗。According to the personalized service needs of patients with hypertension,diabetes and other chronic diseases,the paper develops a family self-service health management system based on intelligent terminal devices,introduces the system architecture,functions of each terminal,data communication and other key technologies.This system is able to provide patients and family members with real-time and effective disease prevention knowledge and targeted online medical treatment.
