光谱级树脂作前牙美容修复和后牙充填的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的 :比较光谱级树脂 (SpectrumTPH)在前牙邻面Ⅲ、Ⅳ类洞及后牙邻 牙合面Ⅰ、Ⅱ类洞充填治疗的疗效比较。方法 :前牙Ⅲ类洞 6 8例 95个牙 ,Ⅳ类洞 35例 5 5个牙 ;后牙Ⅰ类洞 5 3例 82个牙 ,Ⅱ类洞 4 8例 6 7个牙 ,充填后 2～ 2 .5年随访观察。结果 :前牙修复成功率 ,Ⅲ类洞 89.5 % ,Ⅳ类洞 83.6 %。后牙修复成功率 ,Ⅰ类洞 93.9% ,Ⅱ类洞 81.6 %。结论 :SpectrumTPH树脂是较好的通用型复合树脂。AIM: To compare the curative effect of Spectrum TPH composite resin on the type Ⅲand Ⅳ cavities reparation of anterior teeth and the typeⅠand Ⅱ cavities restoration of posterior teeth. METHODS:By two to three years of follow up,evaluation of the marginal integrity, surface presence, weariness as well as formation of secondary caries were analyzed on the restorations of type Ⅲ of 95 and type Ⅳ of 55 cases of anterior teeth, typeⅠof 82 and typeⅡ of 67 cases of posterior teeth respectively. RESULTS: The satisfactory rate of restorations are 89.5% of type Ⅲ cavities, 83.6% of type Ⅳ cavities, 93.9% of typeⅠ cavities and 81.6% of type Ⅱ cavities respectively. CONCLUSION :Spectrum TPH may be a clinically extendable universal composite resin on the esthetics reparation of anterior teeth as well as the restorations of posterior teeth.
