载药珊瑚糊剂充填感染根管的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察载药珊瑚糊剂充填感染根管的疗效。方法 :用载药珊瑚糊剂充填慢性根尖周炎患牙的根管 ,用牙胶尖充填作对照。治疗后 1年和 2年随访 ,通过临床和X线片检查评价其疗效。结果 :载药珊瑚糊剂充填组的成功率为 96 .3% ,明显高于对照组。结论 :载药珊瑚糊剂是一种较理想的根管充填材料。AIM:To observe the results of treatment of infected root canals with clindamycin loaded coral paste. METHODS:The root canals of the teeth with chronic apicitis were filled with clindamycin loaded coral paste. and gutta percha point was used as control. The outcome of the treatment was investigated by clinical and radiographic review for two years following treatment. RESULTS: The experimental group had a higher success rate (96.3%) than the control group (90.3%). CONCLUSION: The clindamycin loaded coral paste is an ideal as root canal filling material.
