摘 要:至今氟防龋的某些机制仍有待于进一步研究 ,如氟抗牙石的作用、氟与釉质不同结合形态的不同抗龋效果、氟防止脱矿和促进再矿化对防龋作用的重要性。本文对近几年氟防龋研究的进展作一综述。The caries-preventive effect of fluoride is mainly attributed to the effects demineralization and preventing demineralization of teeth. However, there are some detailed mechanisms of this effect of fluoride need further study, such as the plaque-preventive effect of fluoride, the influence of different fluoride-enamel reaction products on caries progression and reversal, the relative importance of remineralization enhancement and demineralization protection to fluoride's anticaries effects, etc. These areas were discussed based on previous investigations. The continued application of new analytical/physical techniques to the study of fluoride anticaries mechanisms may lead to the development of improved fluoride agents and treatment modalities for prevention of dental caries.
