理科院校中文科专业就业困境浅析

摘　　要：近年来,我国高校毕业生就业问题愈加严峻,其中一部分学子一直处于就业"弱势"群体,这就是理科院校中的文科专业学生。究其原因,内部原因包括高校本身生源质量的良莠不齐,在校期间的学习方法不当,尴尬的校内定位以及就业时的偏激心理。外部原因主要以学校的不重视,家庭期盼值过高和社会误解等多重因素所导致。本文将对产生此局面的原因和应对方法进行简单的阐述和分析,为解决高校就业问题提出建议和见解。In recent years, the employment issue of university graduates in China are becoming more severe. Among those graduates, the students in the university of science and engineering are the most ＂disadvantage＂. Two things account for the occurrence.For one thing, those universities have an uneven quality of students, and those students may have improper learning strategies, awkward orientation of major and extreme thoughts in employment. For another, the indifference of school, the over-high expectations of family and the misunderstanding of society also result in the issue. This paper centers on the causes and the dealing methods of this phenomenon, attending to make suggestion to cope with employment issue.
