摘 要:目的探讨翻转课堂在乡村医生《临床药理学》教学中的实施和效果。方法将2013—2015在本校进行全科医师转岗培训的300名乡村医生随机分为实验班和传统班,分别采用翻转课堂模式和传统教学模式进行《临床药理学》教学,并将两班的教学效果进行对比研究。计量资料采用t检验和方差分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果实验班考核平均成绩显著高于传统教学班,与传统班相比,学员的客观题和主观题考核结果对比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。与传统教学模式相比,翻转课堂模式的教学法能极大激发乡村医生学员的学习兴趣、增强学习主动性、提高学习效率、拓展知识面、提高学员的综合素质,使乡村医生的《临床药理学》学习成绩明显提高,对比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂在乡村医生的《临床药理学》教学中是一种行之有效的教学方法,有利于提高乡村医生的学习积极性和学习效率,在《临床药理学》教学中具有较高的推广价值。Objective To explore the implementation and effects of flipped classroom learning model in clinical pharmacology teaching for rural doctors.Methods 300 rural doctors from 2013 to 2015 in Shangqiu Medical College were randomly divided into experimental class with flipped classroom learning model and control class with traditional teaching methods in clinical pharmacology teaching.The t test and analysis of variance were used,P〈0.05 is statistically significant.Results The average score of experimental classes was significantly higher than that of traditional teaching class,the results of objective item and subjective item had statistical significance(all P〈0.05).Compared with the traditional teaching mode,flipped classroom can greatly stimulate the students' interest in learning of rural doctors,enhance students' learning initiative,and improve the learning efficiency and the comprehensive quality of students,thus improving teaching effects significantly(all P〈0.05).Conclusion Flipped classroom learning model is an effective teaching method,which has high popularization value in clinical pharmacology teaching for adults.
