摘　　要：针对传统翻译软件存在的准确率不高的问题,结合Android开发框架,提出一种基于Android的旅游翻译APP软件。对此,文章首先结合现有的技术,对旅游翻译APP软件的功能进行分析;其次,为提高整个翻译的质量,提出基于短语的翻译统计模型,并对训练过程进行详细分析;再利用Android框架中自带的语音识别功能,通过调用其中的on Results方法将语音转换为文本对象,从而完成对语音的识别;最后,以APP开发工具,以MVC作为应用程序设计模式,通过测试验证了上述方案的可行性。Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of traditional translation software, this paper proposes a APP based tourism translation software Android based on Android. This article first combined with the existing technology, the tourism translation function of APP software is analyzed ; secondly, in order to improve the quality of the whole translation, the translation of phrase based statistical models, and conducted a detailed analysis of the training process;thirdly, using speech recognition function with Android framework, by calling the Results method which will be on the speech into a text object, so as to complete the identification of speech;finally, using APP development tools, using MVC as the application design model, through the test to verify the feasibility of the scheme.
