摘　　要：[目的/意义]探索解决多源异构非遗信息资源组织与检索难题的研究路径,为大数据、"一带一路"战略下我国非遗信息资源的深度组织、利用与传播提供思路。[方法/过程]对基于本体的非遗信息资源组织与检索研究进展进行了回顾,在此基础上,借鉴本体及相关理论技术,构建了基于本体的非遗信息资源组织与检索研究框架。[结果/结论]基于本体的非遗信息资源组织与检索研究需要从非遗信息资源本体表示与语义组织、面向用户的多源异构非遗信息资源语义检索两个层面展开设计,这对文化遗产大数据资源的深度组织与开发以及面向"一带一路"的非遗信息传播研究具有重要参考价值。[ Purpose/Significance] To explore the research path for solving the problems of multi-source and heterogeneous intangible cultural heritage information resource organization and retrieval, and provide thought for deep organization, use and dissemination of China＇s intangible cultural heritage information resource in the context of Big Data and the Belt and Road strategy. [ Method/Process] This paper reviewed the research progress on the ontology-based intangible cultural heritage information resources organization and retrieval and constructed its research framework. [ Result/Conclusion] The ontology-based intangible cultural heritage information resources organization and retrieval research should start from the two aspects of ontology representation and semantic organization of intangible cultural heritage information resource, user-oriented semantic search of multi-source heterogeneous intangible cultural heritage information resource. It is of great reference value for study of deep organization and development of cultural heritage big data resource and the intangible cultural heritage information communication for B＆R.
