摘 要:针对某些地区地层研磨性强,可钻性差,机械钻速低的技术难点,提出了一种扭转振动发生器。通过对发生器结构和工作原理的分析,建立其运动学模型,推导出液压锤的碰撞周期、转动角速度、转动角位移的表达式;结合算例参数得到液压锤的碰撞周期、转动角速度、转动角位移随时间的变化关系,以及入口流量、入口压强对其三者的影响;最后,通过室内实验验证了计算方法的可靠性与准确性。结果表明:液压锤碰撞周期与入口压强成反比,与入口流量成正比;其角速度及角位移随入口流量的增大而减小,随入口压强的增大而增大。Aiming at the technical difficulties of strong abrasion resistance, poor drillability and low rate of penetration of the stratum, a torsional vibration generator is designed. According to the structure and operating principle of the torsional vibration generator, its kinematics and mathematical models are established. The expression of the collision period, angular velocity, angular displacement of the hydraulic hammer are derived, and the variation relationships of these parameters with respect to time are obtained with the aid of numerical examples, and the effect of the inlet pressure and inlet flow on them are also achieved. The accuracy and reliability of the calculation method are verified by experiments. The results show that its collision period increases with the inlet flow and decreases with the inlet pressure. With the increasing of inlet pressure and the decreasing of inlet flow, the angular velocity and angular displacement of the hydraulic hammer are increased.
