摘　　要：中小企业已成为经济增长、扩大就业以及繁荣市场的重要经济主体。然而,融资难、融资贵等问题成为中小企业发展过程中的瓶颈。基于创业投资引导基金的特征并结合中小企业的融资条件,本文提出基于创业投资引导基金的中小企业融资模式,认为集群融资方式对中小企业融资有很强适用性,并阐述其运行机制。通过分析引导基金扶持中小企业创新过程中面临的主要问题,提出相应的应对策略,对解决中小企业的融资问题有一定指导意义。SMEs have become important economic entities in promoting economic growth, expanding employment and prosperity. However, difficulty and expensive in financing and other problems become bottlenecks in the development process of small and medium enterprises. Based on the characteristics of venture capital guiding fund and combined with the financing conditions of small and medium enterprises, this paper puts forward the financing model of small and medium-sized enterprises based on venture capital guiding fund. It is believed that the cluster financing sized enterprises and expounds its operational mechanism. method has strong applicability to the financing of small and medium By analyzing the main problems in the process of supporting the innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises, the author puts forward the corresponding coping strategies and has certain guiding significance to solve the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises.
