摘  要:汽油机的主要排放物为CO、HC和NO_x,稀薄燃烧采用提高空燃比的方法,在一定程度上可以改善排放,但对有效降低NO_x排放作用不大。EGR技术将部分废气引入气缸重新参与燃烧,破坏了NO_x生成的高温条件。本文借助GT-power仿真软件分别单独将稀薄燃烧和废气再循环技术应用到汽油机上,在部分负荷下探究两者对发动机动力性、经济性和排放性的影响,最后将两者耦合,探究在两者的共同作用下,发动机的性能变化。Gasoline engine emissions include CO, HC and NOx. Lean combustion can improve emissions to a certain extent by increasing the air to fuel ratio, but has little effect on decreasing the NOx emissions. EGR Technology can mitigate the NOx formation conditions by introducing part of the exhaust gas back to the cylinder. The lean combustion and exhaust gas re- circulation technology were implemented separately to a gasoline engine by numerical simulation using GT-Power software. Their effects on engine power, economy and emissions at partial loads were investigated. Finally, the two technologies were combined and the engine performances were analysed.
