浅谈《内经》“开、阖、枢”理论在《伤寒论》阳明病与太阴病中的运用

摘　　要：文章以《素问·天元纪大论》中三阴三阳理论为基础,详细论述了《素问·阴阳离合论》与《灵枢·根结篇》中三阴三阳的生理病理特点,结合《伤寒论》阐述阳明病与太阴病在疾病六经传变中的重要作用。重点以"阖""开"理论理解《伤寒论》阳明病与太阴病的治则治法。阳明病以"阖"的功能太过为主要表现,也存在"阖"的功能不及的病证,治法以恢复"阳明主阖"的功能为主,配合对"开""枢"功能的调节。太阴病主要以"开"的功能不及为特点,也存在"阖"与"枢"功能紊乱的病机,治法以恢复"太阴主开"的功能为主,配合对"阖""枢"功能的调节。Based on the theory of three-yin and three-yang in Neijing,we further discussed pathophysiologic characteristic of three-yin and three-yang theory,combined with the changes of Yangming diseases and Taiyin diseases in Treatise on Febrile Diseases. Focusing on the ＂open＂and ＂close＂theory to understand the treatment principle of Yangming disease and Taiyin disease in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.The main performance of Yangming diseases were the function of ＂close＂was too much. There were also some syndrome of the function of＂close＂was deficient,the treatment should be focused on recovering the function of＂close＂and regulating the function of＂open,pivot＂. Taiyin diseases were characterized mainly by the insufficiency of the function of＂open＂,and dysfunction of＂close,pivot＂was also existed. The treatment should be focused on recovering the function of＂open＂and regulating the function of＂close,pivot＂.
