摘　　要：中国林业产业面临转型升级,迫切需要破解行业机制体制瓶颈进行科技创新。文章从林业高校开展协同创新出发,以江苏省南方现代林业协同创新中心建设为例,提出组织管理体系和资源配置、人事管理和人员考评机制、人才培养模式、科研组织模式、国际合作5个方面探索构建协同管理模式,创新机制体制。China＇s forestry industry is facing the transformation and u out scientific and technological innovation by breaking the bottleneck pgrading, which calls for the industry to carry of industry mechanism system. Based on the collaborative innovation carried out by the forestry colleges and universities in Jiangsu province, this article suggests that the mechanisms and systems should be innovated from the perspective of the organizational management system and resource allocation, personnel management and personnel evaluation mechanism, personnel training mode, scientific research organization mode and international cooperation in Jiangsu province.
